Service Description
Come and join our adult gymnastics class designed to improve strength, fitness, and flexibility, while emphasising fun, friendship, and safety. Classes are offered year-round (no term breaks) and are open to the ages 16+. All participants must purchase an annual Club Membership to continue in classes after a trial period.

Cancellation Policy
Class Bookings - Bookings can be made 28 days in advance or up to 1 hour before class starts. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 3 hours before class starts. After the cancellation period has passed, full fees apply. Private Lesson Bookings - Are by appointment only. Cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson starts without penalty. Cancellation after 24 hours prior will forfeit the full fee of the booking unless in sickness. Proof of sickness must be supported by a doctor's certificate. To cancel a booking, clients complete the Booking Cancellation Form accessed via our website homepage.
