Suitable for all levels. Our flexibility program is like no other. In a small group class, work through a range of specific flexibility exercises over the week to achieve gymnastics poses like front splits, side splits, pancake, double leg pike and back bridge. Perform each exercise at your level and learn how to utilise and implement safe and progressive stretch techniques in your own training to develop new ranges of flexibility. Class Time: Australian Eastern Standard Time 3 Targeted Classes Hamstrings, Hips & Front Splits Side Splitting & Side Bending Shoulders & Backward Bending Class Requirements: Participants must have a safe open space to use for this class with soft gym mat or a carpeted floor. Useful equipment to have handy for all classes will include a foam roller, a pressure point massage ball, wooden stick (or wooden dowel), gymnastics or furniture sliders, pillows or yoga bolster, yoga blocks and heavy duty TheraBands. Wear clothing which covers the limbs. By signing up to this class you are adhering to the following conditions: - you have sufficient space to practise - there are no trip/slip hazards - there are no objects you may fall on or come in contact with while training - there are no sharp objects or hot surfaces near by - you have sufficient lighting - your camera/screen and other electrical appliances, including cables, are on a levelled surface and not in your training space causing a trip hazard - the room has sufficient ventilation - you have water to keep hydrated - seek medical advice before training if you have any existing injuries or other medical conditions - children require adult supervision whilst you are practising - all household members are aware of your training and will avoid entering the space
Class Bookings Bookings may be scheduled up to 1 our before class starts or 21 days in advance. Cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before class starts without penalty. Amendments made after this time for casual bookings will forfeit the full fee of the booking. Make changes by logging into your profile via our website or the Flipping Fit wix app. Private Lesson Bookings Bookings are by appointment only. Cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson starts without penalty. Cancellation after 24 hours prior will forfeit the full fee of the booking unless in sickness. Proof of sickness must be supported by a doctor's certificate. To cancel a booking, clients complete the Booking Cancellation Form accessed via our website homepage.
