Service Description

A class specifically designed to make gymnastics accessible for adults. Our tailored program will improve your strength, fitness and flexibility and offers skill development on all gymnastic apparatus with the emphasis of fundamentals, fun, friendship and safety. Boasting the most experienced team of Adult Gymnastics coaches in Melbourne, our classes are also held in Australia's newest state of the art gymnastics facility (aka Waverley Gymnastics Centre, Oakleigh). Our facility is temperature controlled year-round and fitted out with 6 trampolines, 2 foam pits, 2 tumble traks, 2 full-size sprung floors plus both mens and womens apparatus. With care, our expert coaching team will support and safely guide you as you advance in your skill development and track progress in a Training Diary. Classes are offered year-round (no term breaks) and are open the ages 16+. All participants must purchase annual Club Member to continue inc classes after a trial period.

Cancellation Policy

Class Bookings - Bookings can be made 28 days in advance or up to 1 hour before class starts. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 3 hours before class starts. After the cancellation period has passed, full fees apply. Private Lesson Bookings - Are by appointment only. Cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson starts without penalty. Cancellation after 24 hours prior will forfeit the full fee of the booking unless in sickness. Proof of sickness must be supported by a doctor's certificate. To cancel a booking, clients complete the Booking Cancellation Form accessed via our website homepage.
